What to expect.

What happens on a tour of Beacon Salon Suites?

You will walk the entire building — lobby, corridor, common areas, laundry and every available suite — with time to ask about build-out, plumbing, equipment, lease terms and move-in dates. Plan on about thirty minutes. There is no pressure to decide on the day.

Can I bring someone with me?

Please do. Many people bring a partner, a business coach, or a fellow professional who is considering the same move at the same time.

I’m not ready to sign yet. Is a tour still worth it?

Yes. Most professionals tour months before they move. Seeing the space early makes the decision clearer, and founding member pricing is only available while the first suites are unclaimed.

What should I bring?

Nothing is required. If you have equipment with specific power, plumbing or clearance needs — a particular chair, a laser, a treatment bed — bring the dimensions and specifications and we will measure the room with you.
