Suites range from 100 to 170 square feet at $260 to $460 per week. Standard suites suit stylists and estheticians building a book; Deluxe suites add room for retail or a second chair; the two Premium suites are sized for clinical med spa work.
Every suite meets the same finish level. What changes is how the room is set up for the work you do in it.
An in-suite shampoo bowl with proper plumbing, a styling station with mirror lighting colour-corrected so your formulations read accurately, and enough floor clearance to walk a full circle around the chair. Utah DOPL cosmetology licence required.
Fully enclosed treatment rooms with genuine acoustic and visual privacy, storage for professional product lines, and a corridor position chosen so a 90-minute facial is never interrupted by foot traffic. Ideal for facials, waxing, dermaplaning and chemical peels within Utah esthetics scope.
Ventilated stations with dedicated circuits for lamps, drills and dust collection, durable wipe-down surfaces, and floor space for a second chair when you’re ready to run two clients or bring on help.

Any licensed independent beauty or wellness professional: cosmetologists and hair stylists, estheticians, nail technicians, lash and brow artists, barbers, massage therapists, and medical professionals operating med spa services. Each requires the appropriate current Utah DOPL licence and personal liability insurance.
Not necessarily, but it helps. Most professionals who move successfully into a suite bring an existing book of regulars — the rent is fixed whether you are busy or not, so a base of repeat clients removes most of the risk. If you are still building, our Standard suites at $260 per week are the lowest-commitment entry point.
Yes, and you keep 100% of that revenue. There are no product markups, no required lines and no percentage of retail taken. Every suite includes shelving suitable for a retail display.
