Beacon Salon Suites offers two 170 sq ft Premium suites purpose-sized for med spa practice at 1705 N Redwood Rd, Saratoga Springs, UT 84045. The rate is $460 per week ($1,995 per month), all-inclusive.
Both rooms — Suites 102 and 104 — sit directly off the lobby, giving clients a short, private walk from the entrance to a closed door rather than a route across an open salon floor. Only two exist in the building and neither is replaceable.

A 100 sq ft room fits a styling chair. It does not comfortably fit a treatment bed with clearance on both sides, a device cart, seating for a consult and storage for supplies. That is the entire reason the Premium tier exists.

Requirements depend on the services offered and are set by Utah law and the Division of Professional Licensing. Injectables and most medical aesthetic procedures require an appropriate medical credential and, in many cases, physician oversight or a medical director. You are responsible for your own licensing, medical direction, scope compliance and malpractice coverage. Verify your specific situation with DOPL and your own counsel — we cannot advise on it.
Is the room big enough for a treatment bed and device cart?
Yes. At 170 sq ft, the Premium suites are sized for a treatment bed with clearance on both sides, a device or product cart, seating and storage. Bring your equipment dimensions to a tour and we will measure it out with you.
Can I do laser or IV therapy in the suite?
The rooms are laid out for it, subject to your own licensing, scope of practice, insurance and any equipment power or ventilation requirements. Bring the specifications for your devices to a tour so we can confirm the room supports them.

Yes. Free parking sits directly outside the entrance, and the suite is a fully enclosed private room with a locking door — clients walk from the car through a quiet lobby to a closed door, not across an open salon floor.
