Founder

Tracey Meredith.

Tracey began her career behind the chair. She knows the particular arithmetic of commission work — what you bring in, what you keep, and how long it takes to realise those are very different numbers.

She went on to build and operate multiple businesses across several industries, and still works with clients personally. That combination — the chair and the balance sheet — is why Beacon is structured the way it is.

Beacon is the environment she wishes had existed when she was building her own brand: elevated enough to be proud of, and organised so the business side never gets in the way of the work.

What We Believe

Four things we won’t compromise on.

The room is the product

A salon suite property is not real estate with chairs in it. What a professional is really buying is the moment a client walks in and decides this person is worth what they charge. Every finish decision in this building starts from that.

No hidden economics

One flat weekly rate. No commission splits, no product markups, no percentage of retail, no surprise fee in month four. If a lease cannot be explained in plain language, it is not a fair one.

Small on purpose

Twelve suites, not fifty. Small enough that management knows your name, and small enough that the professionals here send clients to each other instead of competing for the same ones.

Built by an operator

Beacon is not run by a franchise office in another state. It is run by someone who has stood behind a chair, built businesses, and knows exactly what it costs to bet on yourself.

The Property

Twelve suites on Redwood Road.

Purpose-built for independent beauty and wellness professionals, on a high-traffic corridor with free parking at the door and easy access from across Utah County. See suites and pricing.

The Standard

What your clients walk through.

The lobby, the corridor and the common areas are part of what every professional here is selling. They are maintained to the same standard as the suites, because a client forms an opinion about your work before they reach your door.

That is also why the building stays small. Twelve suites is enough to build a real community of professionals and few enough that nothing gets neglected.

Beacon is the environment I wish had existed when I was building my own brands — a room I would have been proud to hand my own clients the address to.

About Beacon

Common questions.

Who owns Beacon Salon Suites?

Beacon Salon Suites was founded by Tracey Meredith, an entrepreneur who began her career behind the chair and has since built and operated multiple businesses. She remains personally involved in the property and still works with clients.

How many suites does Beacon have?

Twelve. Six Standard suites at 100 sq ft, four Deluxe suites at 130 sq ft, and two Premium suites at 170 sq ft. The building was kept deliberately small so management stays personal and the professionals inside refer to each other rather than compete.

When did Beacon Salon Suites open?

Beacon is a new build on Redwood Road in Saratoga Springs, Utah, currently pre-leasing its first suites to founding members ahead of grand opening.
